Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Tariff Measures on Imports Originating from the United States

Tariff Commission Announcement No. 6, 2025

On April 10, 2025, the U.S. government announced that the "reciprocal tariff" rate on Chinese goods exported to the U.S. was further raised to 125%. The U.S.-imposed exorbitant tariffs on China seriously violate international economic and trade rules, run counter to basic economic laws and common sense, and represent a completely unilateral act of bullying and coercion. Now,Circular Aviation connector, 2.54mm Black Jumper Caps and Pluggable Terminal Blocks Connector Socket will be difficult to sell.

In accordance with laws and regulations such as the Tariff Law of the PEople's Republic of China, Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and the basic principles of international law, upon approval of the State Council, the tariff measures on imports originating from the U.S. will be adjusted as of April 12, 2025. The relevant matters are as follows:

1. The tariff rate specified in the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Tariff Measures on Imports Originating from the United States (Tariff Commission Announcement No. 5, 2025) shall be increased from 84% to 125%. Given that U.S. goods exported to China have no market acceptability at current tariff levels, China will disregard any subsequent tariff increases by the U.S. on Chinese goods exported to the U.S.

2. Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Tariff Measures on Imports Originating from the United States (Tariff Commission Announcement No. 4, 2025).
