The United States
Imported aluminum products are required to apply for import licenses
The U. S. South Korea
K-REACH Implementation Order Amendment
The Korean Ministry of the Environment (MOE) issued partial amendments to the HICSA Implementation Order (K-REACH) on June 3,2021. The amendment aims to enable the information exchange of South Korean administrative organs to confirm whether the enterprise has truthfully fulfilled the relevant compliance obligations such as registration and declaration under K-REACH before manufacturing and import, improve the regulatory mechanism and promote the performance of compliance obligations.
This revision mainly involves: the designated process of authorized substances, cross-departmental linkage law enforcement, the transmission of chemical substance safety information, aggravating administrative punishment and other contents.
It is not difficult to see that South Korean officials will gradually tighten their regulation under the K-REACH. South Korean importers are bound to be more cautious in choosing suppliers to avoid penalties. Therefore, only with the positive compliance of relevant domestic chemical enterprises can they ensure the smooth progress of trade with South Korea.
The REACH of Korea (K-REACH), all known as the Korean Chemicals Registration and Assessment Act (The Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals), was formally implemented on January 1,2015.
India
The "Indian Medical Device Certification +" program was officially launched
On 18 June 2021, the Quality Commission of India and the Medical Device Industry Association of India officially launched the "Indian Medical Device Certification +" program (Indian Certification of Medical Devices Plus, as ICMED 13485 Plus). The Indian Medical Device Certification + program is designed to integrate the quality management system and integrate the product quality verification process through the witness testing of the product according to the product standard specifications. It is also the world's first certification program to combine the quality management system and product certification standards with regulatory requirements.
So far, India has introduced the following three types of medical device certification programs:

All market participants must log on the commodity label and traceability information system for registration procedures, and obtain the QR code automatically generated by the system. Importers must attach digital labels before commodity clearance, either in the production country or in the customs bonded warehouse located in Kazakhstan. For stock footwear items not digitally labeled, continued sales are allowed within one year (before November 1,2022).

Brazil
